Umami

Craig Gillam is a design strategist with over 15 years of design and strategy experience in brand, product and customer experience. While a formally trained graphic designer, Craig is electrified by strategic thinking and solving core problems for the greater good.  This thinking gravitates to tech innovation and how he can help others in a one-to-many scalable fashion.  When distilling his mission it is simply to improve lives through human-centred innovation.

More recently this quest has found Craig in HealthTech, transforming nutrition planning for health professionals and their clients.

Core problems were realised when Craig’s wife and co-founder Ellie, a Clinical Nutritionist, uncovered the inefficiencies and issues in this space.

Nutrition professionals and their clients have been underserved and starved of innovation for far too long.

This was until they launched Umami late last year. Finally, a nutrition platform that works wonders for clinicians and their clients.
