Hari Sharma is the Co-founder and Managing Director of Skillaroo, a start-up dedicated to helping students and graduates become employable and thrive in their careers. With a professional background as an Accountant and Business Consultant, Hari has worked with several accounting firms before venturing into entrepreneurship. His passion for technology has fueled his focus on improving business and individual efficiency through systems and processes, while his work extends beyond the business world to mentoring students and driving initiatives in education, employment, and entrepreneurship. Hari is an Associate Member of CPA Australia and has been recognized for his leadership with the 2024 Study NT International Student Alumni of the Year Award.
As the Executive Member of the Nepalese Association of Northern Territory (NANT) and a former Study NT Ambassador, Hari is a strong advocate for bridging the gap between university education and the ever-evolving job market. Through Skillaroo, he is helping graduates develop industry-ready skills and prepare for the demands of today’s workforce. Hari’s vision for the future focuses on leveraging technology to improve systems, streamline operations, and empower aspiring entrepreneurs while also creating value-added professionals who will shape the next generation of business leaders.
